Welcome to Doggy Bytes, where we round up the ShibArmy’s finest posts from the trenches of meme coin chaos.

One hundred issues. Not bad for a weekly roundup about a dog-themed cryptocurrency. When this column started, the goal was simple: capture what makes this community tick. Turns out, what makes it tick is pretty special.

The ecosystem’s moving, the memes are immaculate, and the energy? Pure, uncut community passion doing its thing. It’s kind of beautiful in its own gloriously weird way. A hundred weeks of people showing up, building, and staying loud about a Shiba Inu coin.

Here’s to the next hundred. Let’s see what the pack’s been up to this week.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

Time to sniff out the alpha. This is where we dig into the week’s biggest moves: the ecosystem updates that actually matter, the community wins worth barking about, and the moments that show this thing has legs (all four of them).

Let’s get into it.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

Shiba Sequoia Forest is making moves. They’ve launched the Blessing Bag initiative and partnered with a Toy Drive supporting Toys for Tots in Woodstock, Illinois. The focus? Real people facing displacement in Muskegon, Michigan, Charlotte, North Carolina, and other communities that need support.

This is what happens when a meme coin community decides to actually do something with all that energy. If you want in, the links are there. The pack’s already moving.

WhaleEverything is sending the pack down memory lane: during the 2021 Bullrun, SHIB pumped a staggering 111,468,947%. Yes, you read that right. That’s the kind of number that sounds made up but isn’t.

Obviously past performance doesn’t guarantee future results and all that jazz, but it’s a reminder of what brought most people here in the first place. The community’s still intact, the ecosystem’s still building, and that energy? Still very much alive.

Shib Informer‘s talking tech this week: highlights the tech backbone powering the pack: ShibOS for governance and democracy, FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption, for the nerds) for privacy, providing the systems the Shib Army can trust.

Basically, the infrastructure that makes all this work. Not the sexiest topic, but it matters if you’re actually planning to stick around. Good tech means the community can move without constantly worrying about whether the foundation’s going to crack.

Worth paying attention to, even if it doesn’t pump the charts today.

Stan of Hoichi noticed something interesting: the timeline’s been relatively quiet, but the 7-day BONE chart is showing some movement. Nothing explosive yet, but the kind of steady climb that tends to happen before people start paying attention.

The early holders are watching. If you’re in it, you know the drill: sometimes the best moves happen before everyone’s talking about them. Sometimes they don’t. That’s crypto.

Oscar’s getting philosophical this week. They posted about Ryoshi (Shiba’s anonymous founder, for anyone new) and this quote: “a process of self-actualization realized through the playing field of blockchain.”

Look, it sounds a bit much written out like that. But there’s something to it. A bunch of people found community, purpose, maybe even a bit of themselves in a meme coin about a dog. Is that ridiculous? Sure. Is it also kind of real? Also yes.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

Now for the numbers. This is where we see how the ecosystem actually performed this week. Charts don’t lie, so let’s see what they’re saying.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

The ecosystem’s official reward token, Shiba Inu Treat (TREAT), is trading at $0.0007037, up 5.76% in the last 24 hours. With a market cap of $624.14K, it’s still flying under the radar, but the $372.3K in daily volume tells a different story. That’s the kind of steady appetite that happens when the pack knows something tasty is coming. The kitchen may still be warming up, but the ingredients are all here. Paws on the pulse, Shib Army.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

In total, 1.546 billion transactions have been completed across 272.751 million addresses, with 30.169K smart contracts active. BONE transfers continue to flow, totaling 4.694 million, while 3.385K transactions were processed in the last 24 hours alone.

Nearly 294.474K accounts are actively engaging with the network, demonstrating a foundational layer of trust and reliability. This isn’t just activity, it’s a testament to Shibarium’s robust, anti-fragile ecosystem, built to handle scale and keep the pack moving forward.

Time to give credit where it’s due. This week, some people in the community really showed up: creators making things people want to share, and community members pulling off moves that benefit the whole ecosystem.

This is the stuff that keeps things interesting. Let’s see who made the cut.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

Dhel spotted something worth noting: SHIB is trending with 7,794 posts and climbing. That’s solid engagement for a meme coin on a random week in November.

Is it because of coordinated community effort? Probably. Does it matter? Also probably. Visibility is visibility, and when you’re a dog coin competing for attention in an extremely crowded space, getting people talking is half the battle.

The community’s doing what it does best: showing up, making noise, and keeping SHIB in the conversation. Not the worst strategy, honestly.

Signal confirmed. RuggRat is schooling the next generation of the pack, early Christmas gift style. Son’s got his first wallet, loaded with 100k $BONE at a bargain bite. The lesson? Hold. Ignore the noise. Patience builds wealth.

The pack moves slow, deliberate, and smart. RuggRat and his son talked Shibarium, utility, and just how early we are on this journey. When $BONE wakes up, they’ll see why patience always bites back.

Legacy in motion. Mind made-up. The pack teaches, the pack learns.

Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force
Hundred Moves Strong: Shib Army in Full Fun Force

The ever-creative Kuro made something fun this week: an AI-generated piece showing a Shiba Inu throwing down Street Fighter style against a bear. And yes, the dog wins.

It’s exactly the kind of ridiculous, creative content that makes this community what it is. Someone saw the potential in AI art tools and thought “you know what would be great? My favorite meme coin dog beating up a bear in a fighting game.” And then they made it.

Is it silly? Absolutely. Does the community love it? Also absolutely. This is the stuff that keeps the timeline entertaining.

Shib Army’s own SHIB Mortal drops truth bombs: “Loyal hearts never lose. The $SHIB army rises with unshakable faith.” Every community has these people: the true believers who keep showing up regardless of what the charts are doing. They’re part of what makes this whole thing work, honestly.

The geopolitical crypto crash: Iran–Israel, driven by airstrikes, oil threats, and military posturing, has taken several dramatic turns. After nearly two weeks of escalating conflict, U.S. President Donald J. Trump dropped a “Complete and Total CEASEFIRE” — and within minutes, the crypto markets flipped from panic to euphoria. Bitcoin ripped. Ethereum surged. Traders rushed back in.

What looked like the start of a recovery now rests in uneasy stillness.

New revelations have complicated the narrative. Trump’s ceasefire announcement was preceded by U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, followed by Iran’s retaliation: a missile attack on a U.S. base in Qatar.

Since then, both Iran and Israel have committed to a ceasefire, brokered through Qatari and U.S. channels.

As of June 25, 2025, that ceasefire appears to be holding.

The market may have bounced, but the forces behind this rally are anything but stable.

The Truth About This Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Means Pain — Then a Fragile Hope

Inside the Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran-Israel and How It Started

For days, the only direction was down. The geopolitical crypto crash: Iran-Israel had started with Israeli strikes, escalated with U.S. airstrikes on Iranian targets, and nearly imploded when Iran threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz—a move that could choke off 20% of global oil supply.

The Truth About This Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Means Pain — Then a Fragile Hope

Then came Trump’s missile strike — a decision he later claimed “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear capabilities. But U.S. intelligence suggested otherwise: the program was merely set back by a few months. The Iranian government retaliated by hitting a U.S. base in Qatar, further escalating fears.

Trump’s Ceasefire Bombshell and Market Whiplash

On June 23, Trump declared a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, with both sides agreeing not to strike unless provoked. The announcement, though lacking full verification, was enough to ignite a relief rally: Bitcoin broke $106,000, Ethereum touched $2,420. Market watchers noted a surge in FOMO-driven buying.

The Truth About This Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Means Pain — Then a Fragile Hope

But that euphoria was tempered by doubt. Confirmation from Israel came late. Trump, meanwhile, oscillated between frustration and celebration. On June 24, he sharply criticized both sides, expressing frustration over what he described as aimless and chaotic fighting, especially following initial ceasefire violations.

Still, the ceasefire stuck — for now. A Trump envoy has indicated peace talks with Iran are “promising.”

Market Amnesia or Rational Hope in the Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel?

This isn’t the first time crypto has snapped back after a geopolitical shock. Analysts recall similar bounces after previous conflicts, but what makes this different is the sheer speed of sentiment reversal — and how quickly narrative overrides fact.

Trump’s claim that Iran’s nuclear sites were “COMPLETELY DESTROYED!” on Truth Social stands at odds with intelligence reports. Political controversy erupted in Washington, with Democrats attempting but failing to initiate impeachment proceedings over the unannounced strikes.

Meanwhile, oil prices are inching higher. The Strait of Hormuz remains a key risk.

Any renewed threat there could force the Fed to reverse course on rate cuts — adding macro pressure to a still-shaky crypto market.

What makes this crypto crash fascinating is how fast sentiment flips. Just days earlier, Santiment had flagged “major bearish sentiment,” with Bitcoin hovering between $104K and $105K, bolstered mostly by ETF inflows and hopes that global conflict wouldn’t get worse. Now, that same crowd flooded back in, lifting prices as though the last week hadn’t happened.

The Truth About This Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Means Pain — Then a Fragile Hope

Anthony Pompliano’s often-quoted phrase — “Bitcoin is relentless” — suddenly looked prophetic again. But even Pompliano’s maximalism can’t paper over the reality: Bitcoin’s recent behavior looks more like a high-risk tech stock than “digital gold.” And that’s before factoring in Hormuz.

Because here’s the thing — the Hormuz threat hasn’t been officially withdrawn. JPMorgan analysts had already forecast that conflict-driven oil spikes could push prices to $120 a barrel. A closed Hormuz? That would blow up inflation forecasts and force the Fed to reconsider any plans for rate cuts.

Translation: This rally feels good, but it’s balancing on a razor’s edge.

The Truth About This Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Means Pain — Then a Fragile Hope

Fragile Optimism, Global Stakes

As of June 25, the ceasefire has held longer than many expected. Trump has emphasized that he doesn’t seek regime change in Iran, citing the risk of “chaos.” That hints at a more diplomatic path forward, though tensions remain high.

The market, for now, is cautiously bullish. But investors know how quickly hope can vanish. One tweet. One drone. One escalation — and billions could evaporate.

The Lesson from the Geopolitical Crypto Crash: Iran–Israel Written in Red Ink

The geopolitical crypto crash: Iran-Israel has delivered a masterclass in volatility. This sudden turn toward peace offers a glimpse of recovery, but the market’s foundation is still shaky. Until every key player signs on to this ceasefire — and until threats like Hormuz fade — the charts will remain haunted by what might happen next.

One tweet. One hesitation. One escalation. That’s all it takes to swing billions in value.

Crypto doesn’t float above global power struggles. It sinks or soars with them. The red ink on traders’ screens wasn’t just numbers — it was a brutal reminder of exactly that.

Amid the swirling tides of crypto, where doubt and despair can often capsize even the steadiest of ships, Maximous found his anchor in the Shiba Inu community. His journey, from a cautious investor to a dedicated moderator, is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of a shared vision. Join us as we navigate the stormy seas of crypto alongside Maximous, discovering the unwavering faith that has guided him through the trials and tribulations of the ShibArmy.

Hi there. My name is Maximous, and I joined the ShibArmy back in 2021.

My crypto journey started way before, while crypto was just a fancy concept, and its success was still a little hard to imagine. I was not even an investor back then. In fact, it all started in 2012, when I tried to do some mining on a random coin with my laptop, perhaps for a couple of months. Then I gave up since the result of this mining was worth pennies, and I assumed it would be a waste of time. And I forgot about crypto for a few years.

Later, in 2017, a friend asked me, “Have you checked that Bitcoin thing? It’s digital money, now it’s worth $800!”

And I replied, “Yeah, I don’t really feel confident about it… I need to research…”

So, I did some research, and I understood the concept, and I decided to buy a little bit. My money was so limited back then, so my first crypto was bought using that old token I mined in 2012, $70 worth. Then I ended up investing $400 from my savings and bought around 0.5 BTC. I feel dumb for not holding, but this was also because I had my first bad experience with a crypto exchange in 2017.

The centralized exchange where I bought my crypto, BTC-e, unfortunately was hacked. That exchange made a comeback later with a new name (WEX) to compensate the users, and I recovered my money in dollar value but still lost a lot if we consider how much the crypto would be worth.

That was when I started to see crypto as a serious investment. In Q4 2017, I invested my savings in altcoins, even convinced my parents to put some money on it, and in Q1 2018 my investment pumped so much, and I was so hyped… But guess what, I haven’t taken profits, and it dumped way below my entry price, and I got REKT. Lessons learned, but of course, I gave up on crypto for a few more years because I was feeling ashamed of myself for getting REKT and losing money like that.

A few years passed, and in 2021 I looked at my wallet again. The value that was left was not much – around $1000. I ended up buying my first SHIB in May 2021 when the pump started.

From that moment onward, I started following what the Shib team was doing more closely, following all the announcements, the posts done by Ryoshi where he described the vision he had for Shib, and later the release of the Shiba Inu Woof Paper. I saw Shytoshi Kusama joining the team, then Kaal, and I already saw a lot of potential in Shib and a strong sense of commitment from the team. So, I started to be more active in the old Shiba Inu Discord.

I always had some sense of justice and always tried to help other fellow investors, since I often saw lots of misinformed people and even people spreading negativity about Shib. For that reason, I started doing my best to help the community by spreading awareness and sharing accurate information to those who ask about Shib-related topics. I was just a community member, but since I was invested in Shib, it felt like the right thing to do.

It was during 2021 and 2022 that I had my first contact with well-known people in the community, such as Lucie, Nur0 (Nurofen back then) and many others. But in 2022, the old Shiba Inu Discord became very negative and full of FUD, which was making me uncomfortable and gradually making me become less active there.

One day, I noticed a post by Lucie on X (then Twitter), where she explained she was willing to have a positive group where Shib supporters could feel at peace from the ongoing negativity. I immediately decided to contact Lucie and ask her if I could join, and I was happy that she accepted me and made me feel at home. From that moment onward, I started recovering from that toxicity that was happening. It was like a group of friends who shared a common interest, which was the project we supported and invested in.

A few months later, the ongoing negativity was blown out of proportion, and it became more obvious that it was being caused by some staff members of the Shiba Inu Discord, and those individuals were eventually kicked out of the team.

This instability generated the need to create a positive social forum for the community, and as decided by Shytoshi, there was no choice but to create a new Discord. DaVinci and Lucie were appointed to assist in this complex task, which was executed amazingly well despite all the challenges.

But as part of this complex task, they needed trusted moderators, and I couldn’t believe when I was one of the suggested few ones to become a trainee moderator. I was kind of in shock and a little afraid to fail since I had no experience as moderator before and there was so much to learn. But I decided to give it a try and hope for the best.

DaVinci worked day and night to build the Shibarium Technology Discord – the channels, the roles, the bots, events, and incentives – and of course, at the same time, helping us moderate and helping the moderators to learn. It was crucial for our evolution.

There were a few things that gave me the courage to move on. The support of the other moderators and admins was there, of course, but there were other community members who were positive and supportive since the beginning, such as Sand and Shiba Baby, who became real friends since the early days of Shibarium Technology Discord. Both also became moderators, thanks to their commitment and hard work. This is how true supporters stand out from the rest of the community: through hard work and dedication.

If you ask me if this Discord journey was easy, I must be honest. It was never easy. Especially during the first months since the supporters of that negativity were targeting us pretty badly. They tried to make the Discord creation attempt to fail, and they tried all they could to cause chaos, so it felt a little like war or a battle against the negativity. During the Shibarium L2 launch, there were some intense attacks again, but things started to calm down afterward.

Apart from helping on Discord as moderator and providing support to the community, I’m also happy that I was given the chance to contribute in other ways by participating in Lucie’s Twitter/X Shibarium Spaces, and help with moderating the Shibarium Tech Telegram group. I’m just one of them because there are many awesome volunteers who dedicate their free time to help making Shib even greater and more positive.

Looking back to where Shiba Inu started, the progress we see today is remarkable, and considering everything that Shytoshi and Kaal shared so far, I’m pretty sure that in a few months, next year, or later, we will look back once again and we will feel even more that the progress and evolution are remarkable!

And if I look back to where my journey with Shib started, I must say I feel proud of being part of it as a volunteer.

Shib is an outstanding project with an awesome and strong community, and I feel very grateful to Lucie, DaVinci, and the entire Shib team for the trust and the chance to become a part of this amazing adventure. Woof!
