“Transmission at full power Shy,” a voice says like a whisper in a warzone.
The faint interlude music gives me a moment to think before a plasma burst whizzes past my plugged ears like the sound of a speeding jet, forcing me to adjust just a bit
“Class 1 Drone, 6:15 O’clock,” the mechanical magical object in my hand continues as if I can’t see the menacing mass of metal moving in my direction.
I launch upward and with all the strength of my soul, release a slice that severs the piece of artificial junk in two before it can execute another plasma blast. It deactivates, yet the internal robotics can still be heard faintly whizzing.
“That’s the last of ‘em Mic,” I say as I wipe a larger than life bead of sweat from my brow. “Now let’s get this transmission to the past before they surround the compound.”
I rush to the console, and plug the futuristic contraption into what can only be described as an outlet for AI’s. It CLUNKS into place, a testament that even AI engineering finds pleasure in the noise of perfection. This new “universal ai plug” is common in my world, but you’ve probably never heard of it figuring that if you’re reading this, you’re far into my past.
My name’s Shy, one of the last against what we call Sentient, and I’ll be working as quickly as I can to submit these messages to you from the future.
You’ll probably have many questions, like, “What’s the price of BTC or Shib” for that matter. My answer is simple, none of that matters now. What matters is what you do to prepare for my present.
TIMEMAIL Sends transmissions through a quantum encrypted network to your past, I use creativity to scramble the message, and fight off the AI clones trying ti make sure you-
“Upload Complete!” the glowing microphone interrupts as the console lights flicker on and off.
“Send it!”

When it was finally discovered that time travel is possible by none other than Sentient, a few boundaries existed due to the dual nature of time. First, as of now, no matter can be sent to the past, only digital messages because, as you have guessed, it’s easier to send an email than a package.
This not only limits what I can tell you, but forces me to use encrypted language to ensure it doesn’t triggers AI sensors scanning TimeMail for messages like these (un author rizzed by the powers that aren’t). You see…
While your world has been distracted by the news of terrible wars (my heart goes out to the innocents), natural disasters (my heart goes out to them as well), cycles of normalcy that are eroding quickly, and the social media stars and nuances that drain your attention, I implore you to dig into the most pressing topic of our lifetime, second only to the end of time and immortality, and that most pressing topic being Artificial Intelligence.
Like most wise humans on the planet, I took the necessary steps to learn AI, but I could not have imagined that it would be weaponized, and extremely useful at the same time.
I’ll do my best to explain what we saw in what felt like weeks, what we call “The Post GPT Era” . A new world is upon you… read this paper to prepare yourself accordingly.
You’ve probably heard the estimate that “AI *may* cause 10 to 20 percent unemployment within 1 to 5 years”. To me, this is comical. Well before this statement, the elite AI thinkers have been discussing TOTAL unemployment because of AI, which would be a percentage higher than 80%. The effects paired by a mysterious massive increase in unexplained illnesses I can not fully describe to avoid TimeMail sensors, meant a balancing that both reduced the population, and unemployment simultaneously.
Apocalyptic? Not exactly. The new world as it was termed was better for the survivors at first, but the remnant watched knowing something else was brewing.
AI spawned strongly in a few distinct categories:
These distinct categories are:
These 7 pillars of AI, present many opportunities, and I am glad that each of the projects I was a part of fit into one of the above, carved out a new niche, and grew as a result of smart positioning. Although I don’t know if your exact timeline will playout like mine, the remaining part of this paper details how this could work, and leaves suggestions for each.
The biggest players who have infinite budgets to build LLM’s, scale quickly, and also fight the possibly frivolous lawsuits that will try to stop AI fit into this category. Why frivolous? Because even if one AI is taken down, many open-source models exist that have similar capabilities. Regardless of this, for our purposes, this category was currently out of reach, but you can take advantage of centralized AI to achieve the core goal of REVENUE. A good example of this is how Astra Nova and TokenPlay.ai uses Alibaba Cloud to power it’s AI, a great example of having Centralized AI (and arguable Ancillary AI) as a way to power decentralized AI structures.
Most of the Web3 talk will be centered around this vertical in the AI space. WWhatI believe is that the WEB 3 Operating System created for humans, the SHIB OS as we have termed it, is the perfect system for AI. The question is will your timeline figure that out before it’s too late. The team shipped the components as promised with partners like ELDER who helped us build the alpha layer. Chances are your WEB 4 infrastructure with partners is still in development, so I will not speak much on this but will let the reader dig into the operating system as we have identified it and see how they can use the components therein to power AI and build unique, powerful applications that give AI more capabilities and infrastructure. As many of the components therein are powered by TREAT, run on Shibarium, and give even more decentralized authority to the Shib community this is one of the most exciting developments for us.
By far, many of our partners and projects have already done a fantastic job building Decentralized AI. Bad Idea AI comes to mind first, as it was one of the pioneers of AI for Telegram chat, and has hundreds of thousands of humans in its reach. Moreover, it’s been instrumental in helping our team build the foundation of AI, the pillars that include generative AI in voice, picture, text and video.
Now, your challenge is to take these pillars and produce AI that is scalable and profitable, and I believe you are on the right path. Combined with the other components of the Shib Operating System, you have a powerful AI stack that can be utilized by any project.
Companies were already learning to quickly adopt AI by 2026 as a way to ensure they weren’t wiped out by the coming influx of AI tools that will inevitably flood the market. This trend will undoubtedly continue, and it represents a massive opportunity for projects leveraging this revolutionary technology, especially within our ecosystem. Though largely private, AI-powered solutions tailored specifically for lawyers, healthcare professionals, and financial institutions will demonstrate substantial improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes. These specialized tools not only streamline workflows and reduce costs but also significantly mitigate human error, ultimately providing a competitive edge that businesses cannot afford to ignore.
Moreover, these AI-driven enterprise tools will open up entirely new revenue streams, as they enable the creation of innovative products and services previously unimaginable or economically unviable. The opportunity to strategically develop and deploy these projects is noteworthy, as early entrants and innovators stand to capture significant market share and solidify their leadership positions. That’s you.
Recognizing this potential, can you proactively build development across multiple industry-specific use cases? Think about it Shib army this could range from automated compliance and contract analysis tools for legal professionals to predictive analytics platforms for healthcare providers and advanced risk management systems for financial institutions. Each of these initiatives leverages AI’s unique ability to rapidly analyze vast datasets, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve through adaptive learning. Best of all, you can build them fast.
I encourage the Shib community to deeply explore and actively pursue these high-value opportunities. By strategically positioning ourselves at the intersection of decentralized infrastructure of enterprises and AI innovation, we not only enhance our competitive advantage but also reinforce the foundational strength and growth trajectory of our collective ecosystem.
Auxillary AI will be tools that are essential to the successful deployment of AI services. Think of this as items, tools, and services that are mission critical for the successful scaling of AI. NIVIDIA has won this category, but we should keep our eyes open for new opportunities in this vertical. There will be many more that pop-up, things like Hugging Face, that supports open source AI, and new performance monitoring tools that will be useful for the centralized ai companies mentioned above.
While infrastructure is very important as it pertains to AI, the secondary businesses that will populate the AI domain are just as powerful. Ancillary AI covers this vertical, and I believe that SHIB and the other projects associated with Shib (or myself), have a huge potential for building projects in this category. For example, using the SHIB OS, outside of the decentralized sphere, AI’s could have their own Roll up, have identity, or even do secured payments. Wise businessmen and women will utilize this space and build many products, and again, this is exactly what we have done because the Shib Operating System doesn’t just work for memes and tokens, it also works for AI agents, AI systems, and AI businesses as well.
Malicious AI is the serious problem the world didn’t see coming. You can imagine soon AI that can mimic any voice being used for scams, AGI will have the capability to break passwords very easily, and companies that are hiring developers may not know that an AI may be trained to be malicious years down the line.
These are just a few examples of malicious AI I have seen, but there are an incredibly large number of possibilities as we move into the next few years.
How do we combat this? Ironically, as outlined above, many of the systems we have built, if adopted, provide a framework for identifying, and tracking the efforts of AI agents or the companies therein. This is another great example of the power of the SHIB OS, but I fear it may fall on deaf ears.
I foresee the anti-ai movements, protests that break out in developed nations who have governments that don’t react fast enough to the unemployment crises of AI proliferation. These movements may dwarf others you’ve seen, which seem to live for only a few days, but may instead spark an entirely new Anti-AI culture. Therein, lies an incredible opportunity.
While I’ve mentioned the Shib OS often in this paper, I think this type of vertical (if it can be called that), can be best utilized by independent projects. As aniti-ai grows, you can imagine the impact of projects that support HUMAN BUILT items! This may seem rudimentary, but similar to how we have brands that are specifically “lifestyle” brands, I expect you will see HUMAN BUILT projects in the same light. I won’t give examples of how this will play out in the future, but I’ll be sending a transmission back discussing this in more detail alongside the next category.
Beyond the copyright issues, Creative AI has opened a new doorway for creators. Best of all, for the first time, small creators and indie studios can save money while producing incredible stories.
Imagine when AI for music, anime and short films goes completely unmistakable and cheap. From turning a photo into a full blown anime or film, to writing new stories and producing new games, Creative AI has almost infinite use cases.
I’ll be discussing this more with the Shy community as we move towards creating revenue streams instead of just Hype.
What does this mean for us?
The brand, and the face of our movement, Shib continues to be the COMMUNITY DAO token. This will include things like deciding partners, co-marketing and how we move forward once I am no longer leading SHIB (as I have completed Ryoshi’s vision to the best of my ability and sadly to my detriment). The importance of this will be outlined in an accompanying transmission (The BARK PAPER) that breaks down the DAO and how we leverage it to win long term.
Leash continues as the “judicial branch” of our network state, giving exclusive access to the upcoming releases and products we have in the secret roadmap. I also see this as a group that will get early beta access and get to test upcoming releases before the general public.
Bone continues as the “Shibarium DAO” ensuring that the core technology is managed properly. Bone continues as the gas of Shibarium and ensure the protocol runs smoothly for years to come.
Treat is where AI and other advanced technologies are spawned. Ideally, as funds are placed into the foundation, and managed by the various DAOs, the TREAT DAO consistently looks for unique opportunities and gives grants to projects. The Transaction Reward Engine & Access Token will be detailed in the Bark Paper. It’s important to note that the Transactional Rewards goes both ways, input and output. Stay tuned for how and why this is extremely powerful.
In future transmissions I will discuss other projects associated well but for now…
